Can I return an item?
Yes, items can be returned if they are not damaged. In some cases,
shipping and restocking fees may apply.
What shipping methods do you use?
Bauer
shop ships most items via UPS Ground or FedEx. Larger items may be shipped via freight line
shipments.
After I place an order, how fast do you ship?
Our goal at Bauer shop is
to ship your items out to you as soon as possible. Items that are in stock in our warehouse
will be shipped within 72 hours after the order is processed. Items not in stock will be
shipped directly from the manufacturer.
What is your return policy?
